Location: Orpington

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Overtime available.

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Fabricator / Assistant Factory Manager to join their ever-expanding team. Designing, Fabricating & Installing Performance Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling in the South East of England.

Responsibilities of the Fabricator / Assistant Factory Manager:

• Fabrication of supply chain Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling in accordance with manuals and specification.
• Work within a team to meet production targets.
• Cutting Profiles using double ended Mitre saws.
• Perform assembly on mechanical crimping machines.
• Maintain Factory H&S for a safe working environment.
• Maintain Factory General House Keeping for a safe working environment.
• Glazing where required.
• Perform duties as reasonably requested to ensure delivery of products.

Requirements of the Fabricator / Assistant Factory Manager:

• Experience in all aspects of Fabrication scopes.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, assembly lists & cutting lists.
• Be able to adhere to Health & Safety & safe working practices.
• Knowledge & experience with SAS, Raynaers or Jack Aluminium systems.
• CNC Knowledge (Emmegi, Camplus)
