Location: Snodland

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per year

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm. Fridays, 8am – 1pm.

Job type: Full-time, permanent. Hybrid Working.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for a Quotations and Order Estimator to join their ever-expanding team. You will be working as part of the customer service team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service.

Responsibilities of the Quotations & Order Estimator:

• Processing quotes for onto the company ERP system
• Preparation of quotations including clarification of detail from customers and external sales team, and investigation of competitor products
• Obtaining clarification of detail from customers to ensure right first-time processing
• Escalating customer complaints to Customer Service Partner for resolution
• Provide cover when other team members are absent

Requirements of the Quotations & Order Estimator:

• Data entry experience
• Orders and Quotations processing experience
• Customer service experience
• Similar commercial related role
• Ideally manufacturing/estimating background
